This Privacy Policy describes how Georgia Motorsports Media LLC ("Georgia Motorsports Media," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the LiveStats event technology platform (available at pulloff.livestats.app), collects, uses, and protects participant information in connection with our mobile app, this website, and event operations.

LiveStats is provided to the Pull-Off Productions (Pull-Off) as the official live results and event technology platform. All SMS messages are sent by Georgia Motorsports Media LLC on behalf of event operations.

A note on SMS. The SMS messaging service described in sections 3 through 7 is no longer in operation. It has been replaced by push notifications in the LiveStats mobile app, described in section 2. Those sections are kept for reference, and for participants who opted in while the service was running.

1. Information We Collect

If you turn on notifications in our mobile app, we collect what is described in section 2.

While the SMS service was in operation, participants who opted in to receive SMS event updates provided:

• Full name
• Phone number (10-digit US mobile number)
• Vehicle name and number
• Pulling class
• Event name and date
• Date and time of opt-in consent
• Source of opt-in (event registration form, on-site sign-up, etc.)
• The disclosure text shown at the time of opt-in and confirmation that consent was given

2. Push Notifications in the Mobile App

Notifications are entirely optional. Nothing described in this section is collected unless you choose to follow a truck, follow a class, or turn on event announcements in the app. We never ask for permission when the app first opens.

If you turn notifications on, we store:

• The push token issued to the app by your phone's operating system. This is an address for delivering a message to that installation of the app. It is not your phone number, and it does not identify you personally.
• Your platform (Android or iOS) and the app version, so we can tell which builds are in use when something goes wrong.
• Which trucks, classes, and announcement feeds you chose to follow, since that is what determines which alerts you should receive.

We use this only to send the alerts you asked for: results as a truck you follow hooks, placings once a class is final, lineup and sign-up confirmations, and event announcements such as rain delays. We do not use notifications for marketing.

One case does connect a token to your name. If you register for an event from inside the app, your push token is recorded with that registration so the confirmation reaches the person who actually signed up. Outside of that, a token is not linked to your name, your registration, or your roster entry.

To deliver a message, the token is passed to Expo, which operates the push service, and on to Apple or Google, who run the notification systems built into your phone. They act as delivery services on our behalf. The message content is limited to what is described above.

You can turn this off at any time. Unfollowing removes that subscription. Turning notifications off entirely in the app deletes the token and every subscription tied to it from our servers. You can also revoke notification permission in your phone's own settings, which stops delivery immediately.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected solely to operate the LiveStats SMS service, which includes sending:

• Sign-up confirmations
• Class check-in confirmations
• Staging calls and direct driver staging notifications
• Class updates and schedule change notices
• Event delay notices
• Post-class result notifications

All messages are operational and informational in nature. We do not use your phone number or information for marketing, advertising, or any purpose unrelated to your participation in a LiveStats-enabled event.

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies by event. You may receive multiple messages over the course of a single event (e.g., staging calls, class updates, and a result notification). You will not receive messages between events unless you are actively participating in a LiveStats-enabled event.

5. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Georgia Motorsports Media LLC is not responsible for any carrier charges incurred by receiving SMS messages.

6. How to Opt Out

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and will not receive further SMS messages unless you choose to re-subscribe by replying START.

7. HELP Command

If you need assistance, reply HELP to any message. You will receive a response with information about the service and a link to this page. You may also visit pulloff.livestats.app/sms for more information.

8. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your phone number or personal information with any third party for marketing, advertising, or commercial purposes.

For push notifications we use Expo, together with Apple and Google, purely to deliver messages you opted into.

While the SMS service was running we used SignalWire as our SMS delivery provider. SignalWire processes outbound and inbound messages on our behalf and is subject to their own privacy policy and carrier compliance requirements. Message delivery is subject to carrier network policies.

9. Data Retention

Participant information and SMS consent records are retained for the duration of their participation in Pull-Off events and for a reasonable period thereafter for compliance and audit purposes. If you opt out via STOP, your phone number is flagged as unsubscribed and will not be used to send additional messages, though the record may be retained for compliance purposes.

10. Security

We store participant data on secured servers. Access to participant records is restricted to authorized LiveStats operators. We do not store payment information.
